RETURN / REFUND
Thank you for shopping at Eternal Knot Apparel
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
◊ You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and have the original tag.
◊ Return shipping and taxes on arrival to India (for international orders) will be at your own cost (we will inform the customs duty amount once it reaches our shop) .
◊ If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
◊ Returned products will only be exchanged with other products or will be given a credit for the next purchase.
◊ Refunds will only be accepted if the product is defected or damaged, and will be refunded once the product has been inspected.
◊ Products on discount will not be refunded or exchanged.
◊ Once the product has been given to the courier company and the customer given a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the outcome.
◊The refunded amount will be credited into your original mode of payment within 10 working days this timeframe depends on your bank's procedures.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Go to your account and click on "Orders."
- Find the order containing the product to return.
- Click the "Return" button next to the product.
- Select the reason for your return.
- Click "Submit."
Upon approval, we will initiate a reverse pickup.
For any other situation we will do our best to find a solution.
